Shipping policy
Order processing
Most of our pieces are made to order or produced in very small batches, so all orders are processed and dispatched within 7 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will be notified by email if there is a delay.
Shipping within India
Shipping is free on all orders within India. We ship across the country through trusted courier partners, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may take a little longer.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders usually take 10 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Strange Shrew has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Delivery issues
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for re-shipping costs in such cases.
- If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours, building security or local courier office, then contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, festivals or other events beyond our control.
